Another suprising thing that even Golf is still far away from the Turkish people agenda it has started in 1895 which is before than foundation of Turkish republic... First Golf club established in istanbul only 9 holes. Afterwards in the years now İstanbul has two championship Golf Course .
But when you consider Golf tourism in Turkey it has just started in 1994 with National Golf club in Belek first Touristic Golf Club.
Aftewards the others followed it like Gloria Golf Course, Tat Golf Course, Nobilis Golf Course just in four years.
